    Looking to subdivide your property? Lyndsay can guide you through the subdivision process. From subdividing a farm site from the quarter section to multi-lot subdivisions Lyndsay will prepare applications, submit appeals, help navigate conditions and the endorsement process.

    If you are changing the use on your property you might need a redistricting or rezoning. Lyndsay can lead you through the Land Use Bylaw amendment process starting with figuring out which district or zone is right for you, as well as, preparing applications, and representation at Council.
